Health Coaching

Sometimes all of the information out there about health, nutrition and wellness is just plain confusing.  How on earth do we know what to believe anymore?


Have you ever received good advice that you were unable to follow? Has your doctor ever recommended a lifestyle change that you found to be unsustainable? Have you ever wanted to make healthy changes, but found you couldn’t achieve them alone?


I know. I get it!  We all have health challenges at different times in our lives. As your Health Coach, I will listen carefully and help you to navigate the world of contradictory nutrition advice to determine what changes are necessary for you. As your Health Coach, I am a knowledgeable advisor who will provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness.


Your personalized program will radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.

We'll start with a free Health History consultation, giving you the opportunity to be heard, to explore options and decide for yourself if coaching is what you need. It's the first step before launching into the full coaching commitment.

At your consultation...


Once we've reviewed your health history and talked about your wellness goals, you'll decide how you want to work with me.  I offer options like a 3-Month Intensive program, a 6-Month program, or even an hourly consulting program for when you're feeling "stuck", curious or challenged in the moment.  


To decide if health coaching is right for you, I invite you to schedule a free initial consultation.  During your consultation we will discuss your health and lifestyle to determine how I can best support you in achieving your goals.


My Approach


I am I, and You are You. It's simple, really. But what that means is that each of us respond in different ways to all that life presents to us and all of the choices that we make. To me, that means that techniques for eating the right food, moving your body, overall wellness, and loving life are NOT one-size-fits-all.


When you start working on your wellness goals with me, we'll focus on you.  Your current lifestyle, your worries, fears and stresses, and all of the positive ways you can use the goodness within you to make changes that help you create your optimum health - for a lifetime.


I practice a holistic and integrative approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life impact your health.


My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of forbidden foods. And, it doesn't include pills, powders, or potions - there is no magic pill for lifelong wellness! Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.


As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

Bio-individuality™: The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background. I use a personalized, holistic approach to ensure that you will have great success!


Primary Food™: It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary. I will support you in achieving all of your goals, from eating the right foods for your body to living an inspired, fulfilling life.
