It's true. You are what you eat.

It's so true! Cooking feeds your body, mind, and soul. It allows you to control the food you put into your body, connect with your family and friends in the preparation and enjoyment of a home cooked meal, and save the money you might otherwise spend in restaurants or on processed, prepackaged foods. Believe it or not, making simple and satisfying meals from scratch doesn’t have to be hard. Here's an ever-growing collection of recipes (check back often!) for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks that run the gamut from the Mediterranean Diet/Anti-Inflammatory to Paleo, from vegan and vegetarian to meat and potatoes, breads and rolls, plus smoothies and drinks, and even sweet treats.


Eating well means eating delicious, satisfying foods that you and your whole family will love. Truly, you can cook yourself healthy!  


In addition to these great recipes, I have many on file that I share with clients - some that have been tried and tested and approved by my family and friends, others that I know appeal to a broad range of tastes, cultures, and even issues like allergies and diet choices (gluten- or dairy-free for instance).
